IMPORTANT NOTE: In order to be considered for this list, there’s some criteria that needs to be met. The coffee shop has to be within 1-hour from Buffalo, NY. Give or take a few min, obv. But ideally I like to keep it within that range. AND the spot has to offer MORE than *just* pot coffee. Espresso machine, lattes, cold brew, doesn’t really matter. You just can’t offer pot coffee with no other coffee options. We gotta have boundaries here, ya know?
